Welcome to 55bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 55bat ("55bat", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 55bat online gaming platform available at https://55bat.app and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services.

By registering an account on 55bat, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistan-based mobile number. Any registration completed with false or misleading information is considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds where fraudulent activity is confirmed.

55bat operates a strict one account per player policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 55bat platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances — including deposits, bonuses, and winnings — may be forfeited at 55bat's sole discretion.

Upon successful registration, 55bat will create a personal gaming account for you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised such activity. Specifically:

• You must keep your 55bat login credentials — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential at all times.
• You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members and friends, under any circumstances.

55bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

55bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank
• Cryptocurrency: Selected cryptocurrencies as listed within the 55bat cashier at the time of deposit

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit. 55bat will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

55bat does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 55bat bears no responsibility. 55bat reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion that the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms.

55bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are displayed at the point of offer. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all 55bat offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Pakistani players only and are subject to verification of eligibility at 55bat's discretion.

All bets and wagers placed on the 55bat platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the platform at the time of play. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on 55bat:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 55bat system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• 55bat reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or where odds were clearly published in error (palpable error).
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of 55bat's trading team is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• All casino games on the 55bat platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

55bat's sports betting offering covers cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports as listed within the sportsbook. Odds are subject to change up until the point that a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager — subsequent changes in market odds do not affect confirmed bets.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and are strictly prohibited on the 55bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the 55bat platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Deliberately exploiting software glitches, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are considered void.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino or poker-format games.
• Money laundering — using the 55bat platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your 55bat account.
• Registering multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using someone else's payment method, identity, or personal details to register or operate a 55bat account.
• Deliberately providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55bat staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

Any unauthorised use of 55bat's intellectual property will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. • Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failures affecting your ability to place bets or access your account.

• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the 55bat platform.
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

The 55bat platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate odds, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

55bat collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered Pakistani players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 55bat's operating jurisdiction as determined by the International Gaming Authority under which 55bat holds its operating licence.
